On the driveway
Please be cautious with your vehicles when exiting the house as visibility is limited.
In the house
- Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
- Please keep the house clean and tidy during your stay.
- Access to the property is restricted to registered guests only.
- Hosting any festive events is subject to prior authorization.
Trash Disposal
- Plastic, paper, and glass containers can be disposed of in the recycling bins located in the barbecue area.
- Household waste should be placed in the street containers (located 100 meters to the left when leaving the house and going up the street).
Be Eco-Responsible with Simple Actions
- Avoid letting water run longer than necessary.
- Turn off lights when not in use.
- Use air conditioning sparingly and keep doors and windows closed.
The outdoor spaces are shared, and we kindly request that you respect other users
- Please keep the volume of music and television at a moderate level, especially during the night.
Swimming Pool and Playground
- Pool hours are from 9 am to 11 pm. Pool depth ranges from 90 cm to 150 cm.
- Eating in the pool area is prohibited.
- For both the pool and the playground: Please do not allow your children to use them without supervision.
- The playground is intended for children aged 3 to 12 years old.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
- Keep your pets on a leash in common areas and remain responsible for your pets (noise and waste).
- The property is enclosed with an electric fence. (DO NOT TOUCH)
Parking
- Please park your vehicles properly to avoid inconveniencing other users.
- Remember to lock your vehicles and do not leave valuables in plain sight.
- The property is equipped with external cameras for your safety, but we are not responsible in case of theft.
Shared Facilities
- A laundry room with washing machines and a dryer is available at the back of the courtyard.
- Outdoor tables and a barbecue are at your disposal; please be sure to clean them after use.
- A ping-pong table is available in the courtyard. Please store it after use.
Please be ready to vacate the premises by 10 am on the morning of your departure for inventory and key handover to Patricia.
